Liz and Jake suggested doing their engagement session in Georgetown during the fall. We were really excited to finally meet Jake since he had not come with Liz to the initial consultation. Liz and Jake share a deep love of food just as Jason and I do! After spending time with the two of them together, we could really see why these two adorable people are in love. Can’t wait until the wedding next year!

Kellie and Mike met for the first time on a cruise ship! Oddly enough, the day of their engagement session they had just disembarked the same exact ship they met on. We met them at Canton’s Waterfront Park in Baltimore for their session. It was great hanging out with them for a few hours, getting some fantastic pictures, and hearing all about their trip.

Deborah and Jason came all the way from Houston to celebrate their love in a city that means so much to them. They were married on a calm fall day at the Ronald Reagan building. They got married the day before hurricane Sandy hit. They really lucked out on that one!
I loved that there were so many references to autumn throughout, including lots of beautiful little pumpkins. Janice at Bellwether Events did a wonderful job creating a cohesive enchanted ambiance to the rooms. We are truly honored to be a part of their special day. Congratulations!

Meghan and Ryan got married in the church that Ryan grew up going to. St. Barts is also attached to his old grade school and I am sure it brought back a lot of memories for him. I loved seeing how meaningful the church was to Ryan and his family. The weather was gorgeous that day and after the ceremony we headed to the Omni Shoreham for the reception. Meghan and Ryan are incredibly sweet and easy going people. They just rolled through the day savoring every second and smiling ear to ear.
